Driving to Lake Como

If you want to add to the adventure of your trip to Lake Como, then why not consider driving? The roads across Europe are great and the traffic is usually very good. There are many different ways to cross the channel (links below) and quite a few different road routes to get to the lake.

The scenery when you approach Switzerland, Italy and the Alps is stunning and so are all of the passes over the Alps - all of which are very modern, safe and easy to drive over/through.
