Bella Como create bespoke holidays for people that want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como. As you will see we do not work with large numbers of properties but we work with owners to create the best apartments and villas for holiday rentals. We really are different.
Our preferred areas around Lake Como, include Menaggio, Tremezzo, bellagio, Bellano, Varenna, Argegno, Mezzegra, Lenno, Cadenabbia, Griante, and those in between.
We work closely with our owners. We will discuss your Lake Como villa or apartment with you and learn to understand your needs. Then, and only then, we will provide you with a detailed quotation of how we think your property can work for the client and for you.
Our dedicated staff will assist you with rental preparation, interior decor and furnishing, the do's and dont's, what to expect.
We will produce a marketing plan, and then once you have agreed with our proposal will set a talented team of copy writers, webmasters, professional photographers and stylists to work on your villa or apartment to make your investment a real winner.
Sounds expensive? its really not.
We charge fair prices for our services and all of our charges are on a pay as you go basis. Our marketing set up costs are all charged at cost and are only ever charged once.
Much of the help and advice we give at the outset is free. We understand that we too have to invest our time in you, and thats just part of our job. Our expertise is priceless, and as such its just not right to charge you for it!
We will provide all of the costs upfront with both an income and expenditure resume. And dont forget, we understand that its a partnership, and that means we are as focused on your bottom line, not just on ours.

We will provide the guest with the best website on the lake, an office and staff available 24/7, we provide a detailed handbook in every property, even down to how to call an ambulance in Italian! Its all in the detail.
Our free concierge will assist the guest with anything from a toothbrush or taxi, to a babysitter or hay fever pills.
