This stunning, art-nouveau villa has been carefully renovated and beautifully refurbished, retaining all of its original character and charm. With exquisite decor combining classic and chic styling, Villa Luca is the perfect venue for those seeking the ultimate in elegance, style and sophistication.
Affectionately termed as 'mini Carlotta' by the locals, Luca's stunning gardens bare a striking resemblance to those of the world famous Villa Carlotta, situated close by. Large enough to offer all of the grandeur of an Italian Villa, yet small enough to ensure that boutique, hotel-style comfort and warmth. One of Luca's many appeals must surely be its perfectly proportioned size. Villa Luca offers spacious accommodation, sleeping up to six guests, enjoying two large double bedrooms (master with luxury en-suite) one single bedroom with a hideaway bed to sleep one or two, two reception rooms, formal dining table to seat six, stylish kitchen, luxury bathrooms and a further shower room.
Situated at the front of the Villa, Luca's bright airy lounge (with 40" TV, DVD and satellite) proudly offers possibly the best view on the lake. Complete with balcony opening out to the lake, what better spot to savor the views with your morning coffee. Its well-appointed kitchen with stylish pink marble flooring and granite worktops, leads conveniently into a large dining area, with views looking out to the gardens - perfect for a family meal, birthday celebration or pre-wedding ceremony drinks.
On the first floor, Luca's spacious master bedroom overlooking the tranquil gardens boasts a luxury ensuite bathroom, with free-standing bath and double wash basin. Situated at the front of the villa and enjoying breathtaking views of the lake, the second bedroom is large and airy, with double bed and wardrobes. The single room has a trickle-style pull-out bed, allowing space for two people although floorspace will be limited when both are in use. The spacious family bathroom has a lovely free-standing bath and double wash basin. On the ground floor, there is a further shower room with additional toilet and basin.
The crowning glory has to be the roof top terrace with stunning uninterrupted views over the lake to Bellagio, San Giovanni and Varenna - simply breathtaking!
Heating is charged at €1 per cubic metre for stays between 31 October and 31 March.
