Villa Lucia is an 18th Century lakeside villa that has been recently restored and lavishly furnished to offer an opulent and luxurious stay on Lake Como. Retaining original features such as the renaissance corbels, neo-classical balcony and balustrading and decorative painted ceilings.
The tranquil grounds overlooking Lake Como can be enjoyed throughout the year with a wonderful array of plants, flowers and trees with the larger portion of the gardens belonging to Villa Luca next door. Villa Lucia offers five double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, three large reception rooms with views to the lake, a dining room with dining table to seat up to 12 and which opens out onto a terrace for al fresco dining, a luxury bathroom with jacuzzi bath & shower, two further shower rooms, an en-suite WC, a well appointed fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and charming picturesque grounds. There are also amenities such as satellite TV, DVD player, Wifi, a safe for valuables and CD player to compliment your stay.

Cadenabbia borders Tremezzo on the shores and mountains of the lake. It has to be one of the lakes most upmarket areas with stunning villas and gorgeous gardens in abundance. It sits at the foot of a craggy mountain cliff face so boasts panoramic lake views to the front and dramatic mountain vistas to the rear.
You are in walking distance of the local Alimentari for groceries and fresh bread. Villa Lucia has a lovely local cafe and restaurant virtually next door and within a few minutes walk there is a good choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and small shops and boutiques.
Close by and easily walkable, is the 5-star Grand Hotel Tremezzo that welcomes non residents to use the gorgeous glass fronted panoramic restaurant and piano bar - perfect for cocktails.
Opposite the villa you will find the ferry port for foot passengers and cars. From the nearby port or road you are just minutes from Menaggio, Tremezzo, Bellagio, Mezzegra and Lenno. Villa Carlotta with its world famous gardens, and Tremezzo with its architecture, port and fabulous restaurants are only just down the road.

Running for 184 days, this giant exhibition site (covering one million square meters) is expected to welcome over 20 million visitors who will have the possibility to take a trip around the world, sampling the food and traditions of people from all over the globe. Expo Milano 2015 will be the first exposition in history to be remembered not only for its products but also for its contribution towards education on food and the planets precious resources.

A deposit of 25% is payable once we have confirmed your booking. This can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Bank transfer. The balance is then payable one month before arrival, by Visa, Mastercard or Bank transfer.
There will be a small surcharge of 2 euro per debit/credit card transaction. Bank transfers may incur charges by your own bank and occasionally by the receiving bank also so please check beforehand.
A modest charge is made by the owner for heating, it is metered and paid on departure. An average apartment will cost around 50 euro per week for heating. A deposit to cover breakages will be collected/returned by the owner on arrival/departure. The amount will be confirmed in your arrival pack.
You have full access to our concierge service free of charge, both before and during your stay (except for goods and services supplied).
We can also provide extra services including Internet dongles, cots, high chairs, pool towels and also delivery of keys to properties outside of our normal meet and greet service (price dependant on location of property).
